White Christmas in Vermont...
Well, I have to say that having snow on the ground on Christmas day is great and for most of the country it would suffice as a "white Christmas" but as many in the Northeast know we have to push for a one up and have it actually snowing on Christmas morning for it to be considered a real white Christmas. Well, that didn't happen, but I will tell you that we had a blast with my sisters, my cousin Justin, THE niece and nephews, and the parents.
We started out in the Hampton Inn and ended up doing the transfer to the house where Sharon and I kicked my parents out of their own bedroom to accomodate for the slightly Asian man (Jarek). If you would like to sing his theme song which was established this Christmas it goes to the tune of Secret Agent Man but adds slightly Asian man to the lyrics as a replacement. Sharon thinks that this was a result of her undying wit, but I have other theories as to how that came about.
Here is a quick run-down of some major events:
Monkey Ball was conquered, green olives stole the show, Jimmy Foley went down in a blaze of glory, Kimchi was devoured, Quiddler was banned, Sequence made an appearance, double gifts were given, Grandpa and Grandma were visited, Johnny Damon was discussed (politely), McDonald's drive-thru was boycotted, the wardrobe was explored, The Exorcism of Emily Rose was returned, religion was discussed, friends were visited, horns were blown, calculators were made a spectacle of, gifts were given and played, songs were sung with little or no interruptions, work was dodged, and good times were had by all. It truly was a great time and I hope you enjoy the pictures. I trust everyone had a wonderful New Year as we did. (Cinderalla Man is a must see)
If you would like to post a comment on the blog I leave you with my new favorite chant. "Put...it...on...put...it...on...put...it...on!!"
